So rather than post everything separately, I'm just going to mash it all together this time around.

Lot's of stuff to talk about........

First things first...a big thank you to everyone that stopped by our table at New Orleans Comic Con a few weeks back.   Chris and I had a blast.  What a great city!!!!

Saturday Sketches...each month I will be choosing a theme and every Saturday in that month I will revewal a new 9x12 marker piece to fit the theme.  February's theme is Transformers if you hadn't already noticed.  I slacked last week while making preparations for MegaCon, which is this weekend, so at the beginning of next week I will be posting 2 new Transformers pieces....keep your eyes peeled!!!

Thunk Magazine...some of my artwork is going to be used in the March release of Thunk Magazine, including the cover!     For those of you not familiar with Thunk, it is a socio-political-art mag in circulation in New York City.

Classic Mythology....Perna Studios is releasing a Classic Mythology trading card set.  There will 15 sketch cards done by yours truly scattered throughout the set.   It was my first go-round with sketch cards so it was definitely a learning experience.  For more information on Perna Studios, the Classic Mythology card set, and Pre-orders click here.

New work...Here are a couple new pieces that I did for MegaCon.   Prints are available in my store and/or if you catch me at a Con.

Hey everyone!
I've added a store to the site for your holiday (and non-holiday) shopping pleasure.  Right now, it's just prints and sketchbooks for sale, but I will be posting original artwork for sale in the very near future as well.

Just got back from an amazing time in Las Vegas!   Myself, Chris Uminga and Billy Fowler (along with a slew of other extremely talented artists and creative minds) were in Las Vegas for Autodesk University, to do some live drawing (using Sketchbook Pro of course!), and talking in the Creative Lounge for all the attendees of the event.

The Creative Lounge was AMAZING!  There was so much energy and excitement in that room...it was the perfect atmosphere for drawing.   Stationed on 21 inch and 24 inch Cintiqs, the three of us cranked out a ton of pieces over the 3-day event.   Some of the other artists there that really caught my eye were Shaun Mullen (who's gallery is completely iPad created...insane!), Jacques Pena, and of course the great Phil Noto (penciler on Marvel's X-23).

I can't thank Chris Cheung and the Autodesk/Sketchbook Pro crew enough.  Great people, great team and great product!   Can't wait to work with them again.   Thanks guys!
